Daniel Rodriguez
Raidan Development, LLC was founded on April 12th, 2004 by Daniel Rodriguez. Raidan was a culmination of Daniel’s years of dedication in the construction management field and a lifelong dream to operate his own company.
Daniel began his education in construction management at the Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. Immediately after graduating he began his career as a Field Engineer for Turner Construction, using the fast track to earn him a position as a Project Manager within two years of his hiring. Throughout his tenure at Turner Construction, Daniel worked on many different types of projects ranging from government to industrial and commercial projects. During this time, his various projects allowed him to work in different countries throughout the Caribbean; including Puerto Rico and St. Croix, all the while managing several projects that collectively were valued in excess of 160 million dollars.
After working at Turner for three years Daniel decided to pursue other opportunities at Arellano Construction. During his time at Arellano, his position allowed him to explore the fiscal side of the construction process, including duties pertaining to project finance, estimating and scheduling. After some time at Arellano Construction Daniel decided it was time to pursue his career goal and launch Raidan Development from the ground up.
