Half Moon Empanadas was an interior build-out located in the Market Place in Miami International Airport. This project was a complete build-out of an Empanada Kiosk. As general contractor we were responsible for the entire build-out.
Flippin Pizza was an interior build-out of a Pizza restaurant located in Downtown Dadeland. Our scope of work included demolition of existing restaurant and performing the interior build-out of the new restaurant.
Beyond By Shemtov located in Miami Beach was a project in which we took over for a general contractor that was removed off the project. The project included a scope of performing the interior build-out, correcting the defects left behind by the previous contractor and closing out the violations placed on the restaurant by the City of Miami Beach.
Bocce Bar was an interior build-out of an old world Italian restaurant. Bocce Bar is located in Mid-Town Miami. This project was a collaboration between Raidan Development and BDI Construction. Our scope of work included hiring the architect, demolition of existing restaurant, obtaining city permits and performing the interior build-out of the new restaurant.
824 Washington Ave is a structural remidation project located in Miami Beach. Structural defects included insufficient strapping for wood trusses/beams, cracks in concrete beams and walls, and leaks throughout the roof. We were hired to correct structural issues per engineering plans and project completion resulted in the approval of a 40 year certification of the building by the City of Miami Beach.
